As a contractor, you often visit homeowners, business owners, and industrial sites to do quotations. Say you quote a homeowner to build a pool, and he asks you if you know someone who can do the installation of a Solar System and Solar Geyser. You can now tell him YES, because unfortunately, you are not qualified to do that and do not know Solar technology. You tell the client that you will arrange to send someone qualified to do a Solar Installation quotation. You then refer the client as a ‘lead’ to the Administrator of this Group at 061 962 9975 – We contact a Solar Installer/Subcontractor (also a member of this Group) to provide a Solar quotation for the same client. When the client accepts the quotation and the quotation is (example) R250 000,00 (two-hundred-and-fifty thousand), the Royce Group will earn 4% of the quotation price (R10 000,00) - as a marketing fee - and YOU will earn 3% (R7 500,00) as a referral commission fee for telling the Executive Group Administrator about the quotation opportunity, and thus referring the new business "lead" to the Gauteng Business Group, and we will use only contractors listed as members on the group to perform the job/s.
