B. Advertising Package

Considering the advertising package available for each of our membership categories—PLUS, PRO, and PREMIUM—we wish to highlight the following:

Profit Share

All members of the Gauteng Business Group acknowledge a 2.5% profit-sharing obligation when generating new business sales, contracts, or any transactions that increase their profits through advertising on our platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, website, or the Online Digital Cars & Bakkies Showroom).

 

This gratuity fee ("thank you fee") is payable to the Royce Group. Use the same banking details as you use for monthly subscription payments.

These gratuity payments help us continue investing time, effort, and money into expanding advertising exposure, business empowerment opportunities, and overall market reach in the Gauteng Province.

C. General Rules

Our WhatsApp and Facebook groups serve as business advertising and networking platforms, a business empowerment subscription club, and a network marketing income opportunity.

1. Members must reside in Gauteng or bordering provinces: Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Free State, and North West.

2. No idle chatting is allowed.

3. No birthday, anniversary, holiday, or similar greetings unless posted by the Executive Group Admin (EADMIN) or with EADMIN permission.

4. No personal chats are allowed. Admins have full discretion to remove such messages.

5. PLUS, PRO, and PREMIUM members may post company profiles, PDF documents, and links to WhatsApp numbers/groups.

6. Members will not be allowed to post or share the address or link of other WhatsApp groups on our WhatsApp group - this precaution is intended to prevent other organizations or service providers from luring our members to join other WhatsApp groups. 

7. PLUS, PRO, and PREMIUM members may post personal CVs directly on WhatsApp. Such CVs will be shared on our Facebook group daily.

8. All ads and color posts must include a contact telephone number (preferably WhatsApp) and business location (e.g., Lynnwood, Silverton, etc.).

   • When shared on Facebook, this ensures potential clients can contact you easily.

   • Text attached to full-color posts, images, and videos is limited to 60 words.

9. Posts are allowed in English and Afrikaans.

10. Members may introduce and refer new members and earn an attractive, growing weekly and monthly recurring commission income from our Matrix Income Plan (Ts & Cs apply).

D. Authorized and Approved Advertisers

Members are not allowed to advertise products or services that compete with those provided by the Royce Group, the appointed management group of the Gauteng Business Group.

More partnered businesses may be added from time to time.

We reserve the right to remove businesses from our WhatsApp group that directly compete with our partnered companies.

​

The General Rule regarding direct competition with our partnered businesses:

• Companies competing with any of the above businesses are compelled to upgrade to subscriber membership before they may post any adverts.

• Companies selling vehicles must list them on the Royce Cars & Bakkies Digital Showroom Platform instead of posting directly on WhatsApp. Unauthorized vehicle sales posts will be removed by admins.

Health, Wellness, and Insurance Product Advertising:

The Royce Group, through its CEO, Charles Venter, is a registered Associate/Affiliate of:

• Mannatech Group

• LIVEGOOD Group

• Duepoint Group

Advertising health and wellness or insurance products requires approval from EADMIN Charles Venter. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld, but must be negotiated under a measurable compensation agreement.

The same applies to any other products/services that the Royce Group or Charles Venter promotes or sells.
