A. Cost of Advertising

All our advertising members - Considering the advertising package allowed for each of our membership categories, for both free members and subscriber members, our plea to all our members advertising daily on this WhatsApp group, as well as our Facebook group here - https://www.facebook.com/groups/335428141664434 - is simply this, "considering the time we spend daily to maneuver and transfer your posts daily to our Facebook group's page, and sharing them on other regional groups too, varying such "other" groups daily, and sharing your ads/posts on other social media platforms too, that all our members pay/compensate us through simply upgrading to any of the membership categories listed on our website."

FREE members' posts to our WhatsApp group will not be transferred to our Facebook group daily although we make an exception to this rule from time to time.

 

To the members who opt to upgrade to All Access - or Internship or Premium membership status, we promise that your business will enjoy continuous, fantastic online exposure at the entry-level cost of only R55,00 per month (All Access member service fees).

 

Furthermore, when you generate new business sales or contracts, or any transactions that increase your profits, through advertising on our online platforms , then you will be welcome, though not compelled, to pay the Royce Group a gratuity fee (or "thank you fee") of up to 5% FIVE percent of your net profits. These gratuity payments occasionally will enable us to continue investing more time, more effort, and more online advertising  options, for you, to create greater advertising exposure for your business and provide advertising services to you on a sustainable basis, indefinitely, and to improve our online reach/exposure in the South African marketplace, and thus generally allow YOU more empowerment opportunities – and greater market exposure."

Though such payments will be "gratuity payments", you should still account for all such payments as "Online Advertising Fees" so you may report such expenses annually to SARS as advertising expenses.

B. General

​

Generally, our WhatsApp group is a business group, a business advertising subscription club, and business forum. The group is also a network marketing business operation.

 

General Rules:

1. No idle chatting

2. No Happy Birthday wishes, Happy Anniversary -, Happy Christmas -, Happy New Year wishes, and similar wishes unless posted by the Executive Group Admin (EGA), else unless the EGA grants permission.

3. No personal "stuff" chats are allowed, and the Admin/s will be the sole judge of such chats and be eligible to remove such chats.

4. Company Profiles and ".PDF" documents may be posted directly onto the WhatsApp group by paying members only. However, .pdf files and company profiles should be emailed to the EGA for approval before being posted directly onto the WhatsApp group. Email these to info@gautengbusinessgroup.co.za (on both Outlook and Gmail) -

5. Personal CVs may be emailed to info@gautengbusinessgoup.co.za for you to request that they be posted on the WhatsApp group. 

6. All ads and full-color posts, posted directly onto the WhatsApp group, should always include a contact telephone number, preferably a cell phone/WhatsApp number; further, the location of the business, i.e., suburb, to help others to note your location, e.g., Lynnwood, Silverton, etc.       

7. Visit the Membership Categories page on our website to learn about the advertising packages allowed for each membership category. 

8. Posts are allowed to be posted in only English and Afrikaans languages.      

9. No ads will be allowed on the WhatsApp group on Saturdays and public holidays unless the EGA allows it.

10. Members are allowed to introduce/refer/connect new members to the group, and be paid for doing so when such new FREE members eventually upgrade to Premium membership. Members connecting others to also join the group as FREE members, or any other membership category, will be compensated per the official Compensation Plan. Ts & Cs will apply in this matter.

C. Regarding "Requests for quotations in any field in the building industry"

The Gauteng Business Group acts as an agent, or agency, for Gauteng-based building (and other) contractors active in the building industry in one or more of the following fields - (We can offer skilled specialists in all the following areas in the building industry):

   TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ​​Members of the group are not allowed to post directly on the group for "Requests to Quote" on any projects.

2. Any member in the group who needs a quotation on any of the above building projects will always be obliged to first contact the Executive Group Administrator (EGA), and Founder of the group, Charles Venter at 061-962-9975. He will be the only person authorized to post "REQUESTS TO QUOTE" directly on the WhatsApp Group, simply because the group will generate a small commission income (5% FIVE percent to 7% SEVEN percent of quotation prices) from every building contract/transaction initiated via the group.

3. When any member wishes to enquire to find out if there may be a specific artisan/contractor in the group, e.g., Plumber, Auto-Electrician, Electrician, Welder, Builder, Painter, Solar Installer, Paving Company, etc., etc., then the correct procedure will always be to first contact the EGA, Charles, and he will coordinate any business transactions forthcoming from such inquiries.

More rules of engagement will follow from time to time.

D. Authorized and or Approved Advertisers

​

1. Members of the group are not allowed to advertise any health and wellness products or health and wellness business operations globally, on either the WhatsApp or Facebook groups, unless they are registered Associates of the Mannatech Group, and if they are also officially authorized by the EGA, Charles Venter, which permission, authorization, or approval will not be unreasonably withheld, and may be requested via WhatsApp on 061-962-9975.

2. Such authorization will always be subject to a deal to be entered into between the EGA, also a Mannatech Associate, and the member requesting their Mannatech website to be advertised on the group.
