We realize that many of our members are homeowners and business owners and that they will surely need some form of renovations, upgrades, or even solar installations, or maintenance work done at some point in their lives. Add to this incentive, homeowners, business owners, and members of the group who are not homeowners or business owners, should face the reality that they may at any time learn of somebody in their circle of life who wants to upgrade their homes, offices, or factories, to do renovations, install solar, or wish to have a pool built, etc., and may need a contractor to quote on any of the following contractor-specific projects (big or small). Some of our member contractors may also learn of BIG projects that they may not be qualified to do or to quote on. The Group Administrator, also the General Manager of the Contractor Agency Firm ANB Projects Agency, will then award new ‘leads’ to qualified, experienced contractors appointed via the group.

Members of the group who provide us with ‘leads will qualify to earn up to 3,5 % THREE COMMA FIVE percent of the total quotation price, and ANB Projects Agency will earn up to 3,5% THREE COMMA FIVE percent of the total quotation price, as a marketing commission. ANB Projects Agency earns from 5% FIVE percent to 7% SEVEN percent of all our self-sourced contractor projects, but we will be obliged to share our cut/portion with any group members who provide us with successful leads. The world often is a small place, and you will be surprised how many people in your circle of life are searching for someone to provide any of the above-listed services with good quality workmen and at affordable prices.

 

Note that quotations may vary from R10 000,00 to R5 million, and sometimes much more. Stand a chance to earn from 2,5% to 3,5% of projects priced at over R200 000,00 and more.

EXAMPLE 1: As a contractor, you often visit homeowners, business owners, and industrial sites to do quotations. Say you quote a homeowner to build a pool, and he asks you if you know someone who can install a Solar System and Solar Geyser. You can now reply YES!

You tell the client that you will arrange to send someone qualified to do a Solar Installation quotation. You then refer the client as a ‘lead’ to our Group Administrator on 061 962 9975 – He will contact a Solar Installer/contractor (also a member of this Group) to provide a Solar quotation for the same client. When the client accepts the quote and the quote is say about  R200 000,00 (two-hundred-thousand), then ANB Projects Agency will earn 5,0% of the quotation price (R10 000,00) and YOU will earn half of that (R5000,00) as a referral commission for referring the business lead to the Group Administrator.

EXAMPLE 2: As a homeowner -, or business owner, you often may need to request a quotation to build a pool, do maintenance work, paint the house, install a solar system, etc. You can now save money when you do any such work for your house, business, or factory. Should YOU call our Group Administrator Charles Venter directly, you will also qualify to earn half of the referral commissions earned by ANB Projects Agency from all jobs quoted for at your own home, business, or factory. Consider this a CASH BACK bonus for using contractor members to perform the project/s you want to be done.

 

When the time comes that you need any maintenance done to your property, or you wish to have a pool built or you want to have a granny flat built in your backyard, or you want a solar installation quotation, or anything listed above. You then simply call our Group Administrator directly on 061 962 9975 – He will contact the appropriate listed contractors (also members of this Group) to provide you with at least 2 TWO quotations. As said, you are welcome to get 1 or 2 other quotations, but we will always attempt to beat other quotations, for the same work, with up to 10% less. Then, when you accept our quotation, and the quote is say about R300 000,00 (three hundred thousand), then ANB Projects Agency will earn 5% to 7% of the quotation price, and you will earn half of that.
