I began my career in computing after earning a diploma in Computer Science from the IBM Training Center in Rosebank, Johannesburg (1982–1984).

 

My journey took me from Computer Operations Manager at De Beers Diamond Mine in Cullinan (1985) to the proud owner of a thriving restaurant and sports bar in Cape Town by 2012—

Then came 2020.

​

When COVID-19 struck, I lost everything. My business, my financial security—everything was gone overnight. The only thing I didn’t lose was my family, and for that, I thank God.

​

Still in Cape Town, I channeled my desperation into innovation, founding Royce Vacations Network SA—a vision to provide people across all income levels with lifetime access to discounted holiday accommodations and a pathway to financial security.

​

By late 2020, with very few financial resources in my bank account, we relocated to Pretoria. Unable to find a job, I faced a heartbreaking reality—I had to stand at a busy intersection with a sign asking for help. It was the lowest point of my life.

​

While standing there, I received multiple job offers, but most paid less than the daily donations I received. Still, I knew I had to build something bigger.

​

In late 2021, while still standing at a robot daily, I founded the Gauteng Business Group on WhatsApp and Facebook—my lifeline, my hope. It was the business that would restore my family’s future.

​

Over time, the Gauteng Business Group evolved into a membership subscription club, introducing a modest R99 monthly service fee.

 

In 2025, we launched a Matrix Income Compensation Plan, offering members the potential to build a monthly recurring income exceeding R160,000.00 by simply connecting others to the Gauteng Business Group and the Royce Vacations Network SA.

Unlike global alternatives demanding up to R1,000+ startup investments, we provide a homegrown, affordable solution (R99 pm.), founded in South Africa by someone who lived through financial devastation and built a way forward from nothing.
