The Gauteng Business Group was founded soon after the advent of the COVID-19 international pandemic. The founder and long-time owner of the building contractor business agency, ANB Projects, had great difficulties for months procuring leads to keep the business afloat in the times after and during the continuation of the COVID-19 Virus. Thanks to the Virus though, and some exceedingly challenging times the business had to endure since its advent, the idea of the Gauteng Business Group was born.

The group is in partnership with the building industry agency firm ANB Projects.

Contractors appoint ANB Projects as agents to continuously search for and find new leads and, ultimately, new contracts.

ANB Projects are appointed Project Manager at all such new business contracts for a portion of the quotation price provided by contractors.

Contractors in any of the above-listed specialist areas in the building industry will be at liberty to appoint ANB Projects trading as Royce Group (Pty) Ltd, as Agent or Agency, to source and find them new jobs at a fee of 5% to 7% percent of quotation prices. Such agreement will be referred to as a "Memorandum of Agency Agreement."

New business, fresh leads, quotations, and new contracts will be continuously sourced through daily SMS campaigns targeting businesses, business owners, and homeowners. ANB Projects will also pursue a variety of social media marketing campaigns and Google AdWords advertising campaigns on an ongoing basis.

This means that ANB Projects will continuously source fresh leads and new quotations, resulting in new contracts for contractors. The fees payable by contractors to ANB Projects for providing these ongoing marketing services in the capacity of an appointed Agent will never exceed 7% SEVEN percent of the total quotation price.
